Our tours are 90 minutes long. They start at 7 pm, 9 pm & 11 pm 7 nights per week.
We go to the Whaley House but not inside. We go into the Cosmopolitan Hotel and restaurant because it's MORE HAUNTED than the Whaley House.
Over the years of doing my ghost tour in San Diego, many on my tour have seen ghost heard ghosts talk to them felt spirits touch them and even caught them on their camera.
My ghost tours is better because its based on my personal experiences while ghost hunting for over 23 years. I am the only ghost tour that goes inside of a real haunted building.

We have two tours to choose from. Our Ghost Tour in San Diego is $25 for adults and $15 for kids 6-12. This tour visits 10 locations where we use meters such as those seen on TV along with exclusive access to haunted buildings in Old Town San Diego. Our Ghost Hunting Tour is $40 per person, this tour is selective to only a few people where we enter the most haunted building in Old Town, San Diego.
The 11 pm Ghost Hunt gives people that watch the ghost hunting shows on TV the opportunity to use the ghost hunting equipment like on Tv and ghost hunt in a REAl HAUNTED Building.
